Again, another great course! Some content very familiar with some previous training I have had as an martial arts instructor (Not having to fight is always a better option).

Overall, the video was very helpful. Some in our class with multiple military deployments commented that it was beneficial for them because they are not trained to deescalate as much as they are to be assertive, aggressive and fight.

At times people can be uncooperative in maintaining peace in our meeting places. Dispute resolution and its proper application can make a great difference between maintaining a peaceful interaction, or a loss of control in the worship place. This lesson was a great assistance in that effort.

Overall a very good course. The delivery of the instructor voice-over was a bit dramatic and distracting at times, but it did not take away from the learning process or the great techniques we learned and can readily implement with our team as we continue to grow our church safety and security skills.
