De-escalation training has become the new norm and frontier for public safety personnel. This module establishes the foundation to assist practitioners to successfully communicate with good outcomes.

This is the first training that I have heard or read that heavily submits to Biblical truth. Praying for the person and allowing insults to "roll off your back" places the outcome of the situation into God's hands, not our abilities. Great training.

Very informative and thorough. Many scenarios to help safety team members avoid escalating levels of threats in a church.

The course is very helpful and necessary. Solid explanations of what to do and why it works.

I am looking at taking your entire course having been a part of my church's team for a while now. When I went through my state's private security training much of that course material was, understandably, non-church security specific. Decided to take this course as a trial run before purchasing the rest of the course and I am thankful I did. Having course material that is presented from a church's need is quite helpful. Well done.
